Are your products tested on animals?

No we do not test on animals or use animal bi-products in our products.


What’s your return policy?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied, you can return the order within 10 days of your purchase for a full refund minus shipping/handing charges. All you need to do is contact us prior at (email: dominiquesenterprise@gmail.com) before returning. Put in subject line of your email: return order and your name. In the body of the email, please explain the reason for the return. Refunds/Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your item (s). Excludes items purchased at one of our retail partners, either online or at their store.

Damaged Item (s):

Thoroughly check your order immediately upon delivery. If your web order arrives damaged, please email us prior to returning at dominiquesenterprise@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Return unopened or unused within 7 days for a full refund. Put in subject line of your email: damaged order and your name. We do not provide refunds for shipping/handling fees. In the body of the email, please explain the reason for the return. Refunds will be processed on the original form of payment. Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

For now no, we do not ship oversees.

We ship only to physical street addresses in the United States (US) or if your address is a P.O. Box, APO/AFO we will ship it via USPS

Normally, we ship our products through USPS, UPS or Fedex.
