Are your products tested on animals?

No, we do not test on animals or use animal bi-products in our products.

What’s your return policy?


During COVID-19: We are not accepting any product returns at this time. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. 


After COVID-19: 

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied, you can return the order within 10 days of your purchase for a full refund minus shipping/handing charges. All you need to do is contact us before returning. Put in the subject line of your email: return order and your name. In the body of the email, please explain the reason for the return. Refunds/Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your item(s). This excludes items purchased at one of our retail partners, either online or at their store.

Damaged Item (s):


During COVID-19: We are not accepting any product returns at this time. However, if the product is damaged, please contact us ASAP. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. 


After COVID-19:


Thoroughly check your order immediately upon delivery. If your web order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return unopened or unused item(s) within 7 days for a full refund. Put in subject line of your email: damaged order and your name. We do not provide refunds for shipping/handling fees. In the body of the email, please explain the reason for the return. Refunds will be processed on the original form of payment. Refunds/Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your damaged item(s). This excludes items purchased at one of our retail partners, either online or at their store.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

For now no, we do not ship oversees.

We ship only to physical street addresses in the United States (US) or if your address is a P.O. Box, APO/AFO we will ship it via USPS.

Normally, we ship our products through USPS, UPS or Fedex.
