After COVID-19:
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied, you can return the order within 10 days of your purchase for a full refund minus shipping/handing charges. All you need to do is contact us before returning. Put in the subject line of your email: return order and your name. In the body of the email, please explain the reason for the return. Refunds/Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your item(s). This excludes items purchased at one of our retail partners, either online or at their store.

Thoroughly check your order immediately upon delivery. If your web order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return unopened or unused item(s) within 7 days for a full refund. Put in subject line of your email: damaged order and your name. We do not provide refunds for shipping/handling fees. For now no, we do not ship oversees. We ship only to physical street addresses in the United States (US) or if your address is a P.O. Box, APO/AFO we will ship it via USPS.Normally, we ship our products through USPS, UPS or Fedex.

We do not accept walk-ins. Please call 317/879-1599 to schedule your Massage Therapy appointment. We provide Professional Therapeutic Massages only. At no time is any sexual conduct, contact, language, advances, or innuendos tolerated at our company. We provide a safe place for everyone. Massage does not replace medical attention. We do not diagnose medical problems or manipulate bones. For an individual service, payment is due when services is rendered. Credit/Debit Cards or cash is welcomed. Be on time for your appointment so that you may receive your full service and to make sure other clients are not inconvenienced. If you are late, it may be possible, with the remaining time left to receive your service. However, full payment is expected. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call at least 24 hours in advance. All no shows and a less than 24 hours notice, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
